CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

We understand schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for haircut appointments and 48 hours' notice for colour services.Appointments cancelled without the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, depending on our schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.
